As someone with social anxiety, severe depression and other similar diagnoses this is the absolute worst for me.
I SUCK at making friends because engaging with others is so incredibly hard for me. But that's also the reason why I never managed to be part of/ be something 'bigger' 🥲.

Sappy as it may be: make friends, not followers. People who care about YOU and not just your art will follow you in any trend, any space, any time. You obviously can't be friends with everyone, but having a core group of people to lean on is important in and out of the art world.

Lots of things have happened, I finally found a therapist and I am going to a day clinic starting the 29th.
