Growing up I was a diehard Brewers fan. Seeing CC Sabathia elected to the Hall of Fame after that 2008 run has my heart feeling full, what a horse!

Every time I open this app I am reminded why so many people prefer it over Twitter, but I find myself forgetting to post here more frequently. Is this thing still on?

In Andres Giménez, the #BlueJays have a solid second baseman for the 2025 season but his real value should come as the club’s internal replacement for Bo Bichette once 2026 rolls around.

I think the fit is a good one.

Really enjoyed putting this one together for Just Baseball.
Andres Gimenez's Blue Jays Fit Should Become Clearer in 2026
The Blue Jays acquired slick-fielding Andres Gimenez from the Guardians, but his true value likely won't shine through until 2026.

The #BlueJays simply can't sit there and continue to do nothing to that starting rotation. With Fried going to New York and Crochet on his way to Boston, you'd have to think Corbin Burnes will be heading north of the border in short order.

No team has been more active this offseason than the Angels, but are these moves going to be enough to help them end that 10-year playoff drought? I'm skeptical.

Check out my latest at Just Baseball, where I dive into their activity so far.
Will the Angels' Busy Offseason Help Them Make Up Ground?
Early in the offseason, no team has been more active than the Los Angeles Angels. Will these moves be enough for them to contend in 2025?

This isn’t even fair man.

To be fair, I would also like $350 million.
Alex Bregman wants 11 years $350 million lol holy fuck that delusion at its finest.

I’m already pre-frustrated at Ichiro not being a unanimous HoF this year. There’s just *always* that one person who has to go against the grain.

With their pursuit of Juan Soto, the #BlueJays are going after the best-available free agent for the second offseason in a row.

At Just Baseball, I go over why I believe they’re just going to be used as leverage … again.
How the Blue Jays Will Be Used as Leverage Once Again
For the second straight offseason, the Blue Jays are chasing the biggest free agent in the class. They're likely being used as leverage.

Really digging this app, hello to all of my new followers👋

Question: which last-place finishing team from 2024 will have the best record in 2025?

I’ll start: the Pirates.

That young core of Keller/Skenes/Jones/Oneil/Endy core is no joke, I think they’ll take a big step forward.

The #BlueJays are losing Matt Hague to the Pirates. He'll become Pittsburgh's new hitting coach. Nice new gig for him!

Over at Just Baseball, I took a look at Alex Bregman and Willy Adames’ willingness to be defensively flexible on their next teams and how it will expand their list of suitors. www.justbaseball.com/mlb/bregman-...
Free Agents Being Open to New Positions Will Help Their Cause
Early on in the offseason, Alex Bregman and Willy Adames have expressed openness to new positions. This will boost their value tremendously.

With the MLB award finalists announcement, we know that the Royals are officially gaining a Prospect Promotion Incentive draft pick after the first round in 2025.

Colton Cowser and Jackson Merrill keep the Orioles and Padres alive for PPI picks, though they would have to win ROY.

2024 MLB Award Season Could Yield Three PPI Draft Picks—Or Zero
If Royals star Bobby Witt Jr. finishes in the top three of AL MVP voting, the Royals will benefit in the 2025 MLB Draft.

Awesome stuff, I really think this app is going to end up taking off. Feels like it's already off to a strong start.
A tale of two platforms. Same article promoted and re-shared at the same times on the dying bird and the Bloosk, the latter to a following 1/7 the size, but much more engaged. Thank you all for your enthusiastic reception here!

Very curious to see where Vladimir Guerrero Jr. ultimately ends up finishing in the AL MVP race. That second-half showing could very easily earn him a top-five spot one would think.

Rays are talking with Juan Soto about a $701 million deal that would break Ohtani's current record. The $701 million, the Rays said, would be deferred until "no one on this planet currently alive is still alive"

Source: The Chicago Cubs have signed catcher Joe Hudson to a minor league contract with an invite to MLB spring training.

Hudson, 32, has parts of three big league seasons under his belt and spent last year in Triple-A with the Braves.

Former right-handed pitcher Eric Yardley is joining the #BlueJays organization as a minor league pitching coach.

Yardley, 33, made 32 appearances for the Buffalo Bisons in 2022 and ends his playing career with a 3.52 ERA across 51 big league outings.
