I just saw a waymo stop at a green light to let an ambulance through. Then the light changed before it had a chance to get through so it backed up to give pedestrians the crosswalk. It was safe to do this because there were no cars behind it which it must have known.

Honestly pretty impressive.

We're very proud that Waymo is a ride-hailing service parents can trust.

It's Waymo's world. We're just living in it.

The company behind the robotaxi revolution is our No. 1 Most Innovative Company this year. Dmitri Dolgov and Tekedra Mawakana, featured on the cover of our Spring magazine issue, are the pair of co-CEOs leading the charge.

Pls say hello and thank you to the Waymo Driver
Just took my first Waymo and definitely said “Thank you” as I left, before I could stop myself.

U.S. roads are deadly. Waymo's safety data shows our AVs can help make them safer.

Kudos to the Washington Post Ed Board for recognizing our technology's life-saving potential, and for calling for a national standard for the deployment of safe AVs. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/int...

“I call it ‘my ride, my car.' I don’t have to interact with anybody, it’s gonna take me basically where I want to go, when I want to go there, and it’s all about my choice and I’m not dependent on your eyes to see what’s around me.” www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/arti...
Why some Bay Area blind people say Waymos are changing their lives
Some sighted people say taking Waymos feels like a loss of control. Many blind people say the opposite.

Waymo has trained more than 15,000 first responders around the U.S. Our First Responder team hears directly from safety officials on what they experience in the field, and helps us improve our technology in partnership.

As the saying goes, feedback is a gift! And it produces magical results.
