As we reflect on the Supreme Court’s denial to hear Kim Davis’ challenge to Obergefell v Hodges, don’t forget that Davis must also pay $360,000 to the couple who’s marriage license she refused to grant. I hope they treat themselves to the best anniversary present that money can buy.

- refusing to fund SNAP.
- increasing ACA premiums.

Something I noticed the last time I flew in Sept. I forgot to add my KTN and had to go through regular security. The line was almost nonexistent. The Pre-check line was massive and I was through security several minutes before my friend who went through Pre-check. Yes I gloated.

Update: Sean C. Dunn, a.k.a. ‘Sandwich Guy’ found not guilty of assaulting a federal agent. The sandwich is to be cut into 330 million pieces and shared with every American as the most expensive sandwich in the history of this country.

I had a dream last night that I was trapped in a town at the base of an erupting volcano. I understand why I had that dream but my awareness doesn't make it any less terrifying. It's a terrible feeling to wake up to. My blessings to those who actually live at the base of a volcano.

My second longest relationship has been with my current hairstylist. I realized this when I got my hair cut last week. I walked in and she greeted me by saying, “What up, bitch?” This is a special friendship that is as meaningful to me as any I’ve ever had.
