I had a Berry and Protein shake for breakfast. Delicious, but they should never use pomegranates in frozen berry mixes. Too many big seeds!
Recipe:
In blender put
1.5 cups soy or other milk,
1 cup mixed frozen berries,
I scoop protein powder of your choice.
Mix until smooth
Serve immediately

My local news is now saying what I've suspected: the intense and seemingly neverending fog in my valley is something not seen for decades. I just hope we get rain in the valley and snow in the mountains soon. 🙏🌧️🌨️🏔️
