I’d like to announce that my house is clean, decorated, and ready for Christmas. All my Christmas shopping is done, but nothing is wrapped. I’ll have it all done by the weekend, I hope. It’s okay if you’re jealous!

A post this morning reminded me how much I enjoy Bluegrass. I watched Andy Griffith growing up, and I remember the episodes with the Darlings. I didn’t realize the Darlings were portrayed by the Dillards. The banjo is the star of their music.
