Nobody’s acting like Bluesky is an actual alternative to what Twitter used to be, they’re just hanging out on Bluesky being frank about how what Twitter used to be doesn’t exist anymore
I say this as someone who spends almost no time with journalists, at least in my normal life: literally not a single one has ever heard of bluesky and acting like it’s an actual alternative to Twitter in terms of cultural influence is almost willful ignorance.
