Remember that the US *does not care* about the people of Venezuela. It is not about "narcotrafficking", or "democracy", or whatever propaganda they have going. It is *explicitly* about US control over oil, capital accumulation, and geopolitical power.

Do we really believe that appealing to “international law” can prevent imperialist aggression? History teaches otherwise. We need to abolish the system that creates the conditions for such aggression: global capitalism. If that seems somehow unrealistic, it’s simply necessary to make it less so.

Socialdemokrater har i disse dage travlt med at udråbe sig som det eneste "folkeparti" i Danmark. Men Socialdemokratiet har altså ikke været et reelt folkeparti i begrebets klassiske forstand som et organiseret masseparti forankret i folkelige organisationer i mange mange årtier.

At the Danish Marxism conference, I had a great discussion after my paper presenting a critical history of the Danish farmer cooperatives. Are cooperatives inherently problematic, or is it just this specific historical example? My opinion is that whether a capitalist firm is owned by individuals 1/3

It’s wonderful to see how the small Danish Marxism conference we founded years ago has grown into a big and vibrant international event. This year was especially meaningful as we celebrated its 10th anniversary. May it continue to inspire and flourish for many years to come!

It’s wonderful to see how the small Danish Marxism conference we founded years ago has grown into a big and vibrant international event. This year was especially meaningful as we celebrated its 10th anniversary. May it continue to inspire and flourish for many years to come!
Really looking forward to joining comrades at the 10th Danish Marxism conference! I’ll be presenting a paper making a historical critique of the cooperative form and arguing that if Danish agriculture is to move toward a sustainable future, its current cooperative structure must be dismantled.

Jeg har godt nok svært ved at forestille mig, at landmændene efter de lokale treparter - der lige nu forhandler udtagning af landbrugsjord - også vil være parate til endnu mere omfangsrige udtagninger gennem en skovrejsningsorden. Det virker helt urealistisk. politiken.dk/klima/art105...

Excellent critique of how “land sparing” and agricultural intensification are neither sustainable nor capable of feeding the world, but rather serve the interest of industrial agribusiness. And why agroecology remains an alternative.
Klimaloven skal genforhandles i år og det er en god mulighed for, at punktere myten om DK som grønt foregangsland. Danmarks globale forbrugsbaserede udledninger så høje, at der ikke er en reel chance for, at vi kan nå 1,5 graders målsætningen.
