40 Acres is a really good post-apocalyptic action movie.
If you're into that genre, it's well worth the watch.
Black female lead AND you get to hear conversational Cree!

Well my little breasted friends, it is indeed more uncomfortable the smaller the breast but the tech really did a good job of moving along quickly. Not even enough time to think of England.
Just gotta surrender to being manhandled & it'll be over pretty darn quickly.

You know when they say you're going to "experience some discomfort", then it's pain? This was a rare occurrence where it stopped at discomfort
Definitely schedule around your breast tenderness if at all possible. They didn't mention it during scheduling & if I'd gone last week I'd have been crying

I'm sorry, I am pissed as hell too, but I don't understand the "Primary every Dem!" takes.
MY Senators held the line. I'll vote against them in the primary if a really great candidate runs, like I always have & will, but I'm sure as shit not risking replacing them w/a Sinema or Fetterman Dem.

Fetterman is such an infuriating disappointment. What a sack of shit he is. I don't think he'll have a D by his name by the time he leaves office.
I don't know enough about a couple of these names & now this is how I'll remember them.

These are the Democrats who voted yes:
Dick Durbin
John Fetterman
Maggie Hassan
Tim Kaine
Catherine Cortez Masto
Jacky Rosen
Jeanne Shaheen
Yeah it sucks, but keep in mind that's only about 16% of Senate Democrats. Most sided with Chuck Schumer and voted against it.

Sometimes I have a little cry after I call my Rep & Senators.
Doesn't mean I didn't do it or take anything away from having done it.
I can sound firm & make demands for 4 minutes & then have a little cry after.

Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and they will connect you with your senator's office.
If you're represented by one of the squishier centrists, be sure to make a call. Now.

Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.

“I don’t know what I want” doesn’t mean I’m not hungry. It means I’m about two inhales from being violently hangry & lack the executive function to navigate a menu. Know what I like to eat and FEED ME so no one gets hurt.

Literally the MINUTE I thought "I bet I could actually get some more sleep" the neighbor started up his leaf blower.
Same guy pressure washes the STREET around his house for hours starting at 9am on weekends.
Meanwhile his cat is stalking song birds in my backyard.

Little Mama Kitty update for those who need it.
The cooler temps have made her snuggly again. She hasn't been in my lap since she discovered & laid claim to the window shelf looking out into the backyard (& front row seat to the hummingbird feeders) in late spring.

Having a cry over this. As a rural librarian in Eastern WA, I became super familiar with the Talking Book & Braille Library & their employees. They ship no-cost reading resources to anybody who needs them in the whole state, matched to the patron. We helped so many kids & elderly patrons together.
