So, an Anti-Ice protest started outside my workplace, in a very red state, and some of my liberal co-workers are surprised, because they thought this area was very conservative. It isn't, it has just been gerrymandered that way

Ok, i have some weird AF neighbors. Someone keeps stealing my Christmas lights, but, only the colored ones. They literally pulled them out of the lights I had up (was going to make them a permanent thing, so I didn't have to climb up and place them every year)

So, proof that being poor is expensive...due to a MAJOR issue, I am currently paying for a car that I can't drive. It is such a major issue, I need to hope my tax return is enough to repair it. Or win the lottery....

Great, took my car in to get a coolant leak fixed, and it isn't what the tech thought it was, it is a cracked head....
So, my choices are go further into debt, or find a way to scrap a car I am still paying for

the tea party was really a seminal shift in how the median congressperson behaved in person
