When Elon’s DOGE crew tried to raid the Department of Labor, I joined hundreds of union workers to shut down their meeting. Thanks to the MAGA extremists at the Daily Caller for posting this video - feel free to keep following me around 😘

A non-government business that contracts with the federal government received notice today that in order to do business with the government they must certify that they don’t participate in DEI. So it’s not just the feds, it’s any private biz that contracts with the feds. Here’s the message they got:

It's ILLEGAL for special government employees to do government work that affects their own financial interests!

Musk's companies got $3.3 BILLION in US government contracts in 2024, and now he's deciding who gets federal funding.

House Judiciary Dems are calling on the DOJ to investigate NOW.

Elon Musk is NOT a government official, elected official, or appointee, yet his lackeys are taking over the Department of the Treasury.

We will not let Elon take our country! This is our country! We will take it back!

Elon Musk is being allowed to do what he did to Twitter. By having access to accounts and control over agencies, he is unplugging parts of the US government & seeing “wonder what this will do?” He started with USAID and that will likely kill millions of people abroad. Next up, payments to Americans.

NEW: DOGE has requested and is being granted “access to all SBA systems,” per an email sent to Small Business Admin employees today. Edward Coristine, a DOGE official, held a call with SBA staff detailing level of access they wanted, including HR, contract and payment systems

Unelected, unqualified staff, at the behest of Elon Musk, are rooting around in Small Business Administration data that they have no business handling. As the ranking member of the Small Business Committee, I am asking for answers.

I absolutely love how quickly Canadians started placing signs in their businesses to discourage customers from buying any American products and I also love how Prime Minister Justin Trudeau specifically targeted Red States in retaliation. I love you Canada, I’m rooting for you.

Elon Musk is NOT:
- An elected official
- An appointee confirmed by the Senate
- Or even a legit fed

So why the hell has he been given access to fire federal employees, sensitive gov data, and federal payment systems.

He must be stopped.

Suggestion: skip all the stuff about divesting yourself. Just say "Elon Musk has billions of dollars in contracts with the federal govt. Not only does he now control the system that pays your social security and tax returns, he can see every competitor's contract. That makes corruption very easy."

DOGE already not effective 🤨
Insanity: The deportation flights Trump used military jets for—that Mexico refused to accept—cost the U.S. up to $852,000 per flight to attempt to deport just 80 migrants at a time.

To compare, flights directly chartered by Immigration and Customs Enforcement cost just $8,577.

Inspectors General are tasked with rooting out government waste. They have been purged by Trump because they could also identify his corruption.

DOGE is tasked with *pretending* to root out government waste. It has been installed to promote corruption to benefit Trump and his loyalest cronies.

Let's be clear: You need 2/3 of Congress and 38 state legislatures to ratify an amendment. Trump doesn't have that.

For all that my GOP colleagues claim to love our Founding Fathers, they seem to have forgotten the words of Thomas Paine: In America, there is no king but the law.
Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) proposed an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would allow President Trump to serve a third term in the White House so that the country “can sustain the bold leadership our nation so desperately needs.”
