By having access to accounts and control over agencies, he is unplugging parts of the US government & seeing “wonder what this will do?” He started with USAID and that will likely kill millions of people abroad. Suggestion: skip all the stuff about divesting yourself. Just say "Elon Musk has billions of dollars in contracts with the federal govt. Not only does he now control the system that pays your social security and tax returns, he can see every competitor's contract. That makes corruption very easy."
