Very early days, but delighted that our recent review on reevaluation of aging hematopoiesis published in Experimental Hematology, official journal of @isehsociety.bsky.social is classified as highly cited by web of science. Open access here: www.exphem.org/article/S030...
Reconsidering the usual suspects in age-related hematologic disorders: is stem cell dysfunction a root cause of aging?
The global trend toward an increasing aged population demographic raises significant societal challenges, particularly concerning health. As organisms age, progressive tissue dysfunction increases the...

I don't think that works for official uses-have you done the one where you have to certify that you don't cavort with foreigners of malign talent recruitment programs (whatever that means)?
I don't trust the PDF. I've previously downloaded it in Word, and then done a ton of formatting to get it right.

Anyone have good instructions/pointers for making biosketches on SciENcv in its current format? My info is there, yet when I try to download the pdf it looks all jumbled....

Also one of the BEST #ASH2025 talks in my opinion was from Nancy Speck! Huge fan club up front, and an amazing presentation featuring a career boldly stepping into so many directions that impact hematology!

One of my favorite pics of the Myeloid Workshop at #ASH2025. Not at all challenging to find female speakers; thanks to ASH and the excellent section leaders for making this happen!

Start #ASH2025 off with a bang and come to the Myeloid Workshop, OCCC 314 3pm.

#ASH2025!! I'm finally here. The only downside is Florida.

@paralkarlab.bsky.social
Hello, since you are a hematology/oncology influencer, could you re-post my thing about the Myeloid Workshop being on despite ASH not getting it up on the website? Thank you!

Important PSA! ASH Scientific Workshop website is experiencing a technical problem; YES, the Myeloid Workshop should be on the website and has an excellent speaker lineup already, stay tuned! @steidluli.bsky.social

I hate to make this even more popular than it already is, but...had a really great experience. Cells on Thursday, results on Sunday..nice platform for data analysis too

In a Flint Animal Cancer Center canine clinical trial, they are testing a novel combination of orally delivered drugs targeting metastasis-promoting white blood cells (WBC), in combination with reprogramming the patient’s cancer fighting WBC to seek out and destroy osteosarcoma.

This is really cool. I have had a fantasy of knocking out pol II since the 90s, so it is really nice to see it finally done and thoroughly analyzed.

Thank you so much!
Hill Day ready! 💪👏 ASH Advocacy Leadership Institute participants prepped to advocate for the Sickle Cell Disease Care Act & NIH funding to support lifesaving blood disorder research. Tomorrow, they take their message to Capitol Hill.

MAPK and mTORC1 signaling converge to drive cyclin D1 protein production to enable cell cycle reentry in melanoma persister cells
Cyclin D1 accumulation enables a switch in melanoma cells from drug-induced quiescence to proliferation.
