In the year of the Lord 2025 it is insulting as hell that "customer service" lines tell you to go to their website to resolve most problems (to say nothing of suggesting their virtual assistants are helpful, when they never are). Where the hell do you think I went first?

It is so disappointing to see moderate Dems look to throw trans folks under the bus at every single opportunity. Why focus on affordable housing and groceries when you can instead make trans folks lives worse! That'll win elections!
