Yesterday we got the call and today we helped transport two beagles from St. Louis to Greenup, Illinois with The Beagle Freedom Project, from their lives of abuse to their furever homes.

I don’t know who said it, but I remember an author saying that her novel “still smelled like chlorine” to her because she wrote it during her child’s swim lessons.
