We knew this administration was coming after LGBTQ+ individuals and families, so we proactively ensured we had all the legal paperwork in place to protect our rights as parents to our children — including having the non-bio parent adopt our kids.

Trump promised “never again” but tore up the Iran nuclear deal and then bombed Iran’s nuclear sites. His actions have made the world less safe and pushed us closer to conflict. Words don’t match the reality he’s created.

Saw @heightenedscrutinydoc.com at @framelinefestival.bsky.social last night. Appalling to see courts making decisions in cases attacking trans children based on media narratives, not facts or science. This film is urgent—watch it, share it, and keep fighting.

Trans youth need to know they’re seen and loved. If you know trans youth, reach out and affirm them. If not, donate to groups like The Trevor Project, amplify trans voices, and advocate for protections. Every action counts.

Just felt a little earthquake and my 5-year-old casually asked, “Did the tectonic plates make that happen?” Like… yes, actually. Anyone else’s kids drop surprisingly accurate science like it’s no big deal?

I didn’t miss Earth Day—I got my hands in the dirt planting seeds and took a peaceful walk outside. These little moments remind me how deeply our environment shapes our health and future. Let’s keep showing up for the planet, however we can.

Food is about to get a lot more expensive with Trump’s sweeping tariffs. If you aren’t already involved in community-supported agriculture, now’s the time to join. It’s a great way to support local farmers and avoid the rising costs from higher import taxes.

The GOP budget plan hands massive tax breaks to the wealthy while gutting healthcare, food aid, and housing for working families. Those making under $50K could lose $8K–$15K in support, while the richest get huge giveaways. It’s a wealth transfer from struggling Americans to the ultra-rich.
