Pre-Thanksgiving: mild with rain showers. Thanksgiving into the following weekend: blustery and colder; a winter 'storm" is not that likely, but lake-effect snow could be impactful around parts of Great Lakes region.

Great to see the students and staff at Stadium Drive Elementary in Boardman today.
I told them that being on TV is actually a fairly small part of my day, like SIX or SEVEN minutes. You know what happened next.

Tuesday: chilly raindrops are on the way for the midday hours; there can be a few snowflakes mixed in. Even though temperatures dropped well below freezing overnight, readings should be above 32 by mid-morning.

Thanksgiving is 10 days away; too far out for a super specific forecast but the trend is for relatively mild air to prevent any wintry shenanigans for pre-holiday travel. It will probably turn quite a but colder a couple of days after Turkey Day.

12:38pm Sunday: intervals of sun out there this afternoon but also some lake-effect rain and wet snow showers in places. It’s blustery and a lot colder than yesterday.

4:45pm Saturday: all is quiet now, but showers should blossom over the next few hours. Gusty winds will be possible with these. 7pm simulated radar:

After a milder period around Thanksgiving, a colder regime should start to take hold at the end of November and start of December. December could end up being quite cold this year.

Still a low-end chance for a stray, gusty thunderstorm or a at least a "power shower" late in the afternoon or early in the evening Saturday.
