UPS just tried (incorrectly) to deliver to me a rather heavy package of what I can only assume were beans from a local coffee roaster. Managed to catch the driver and returned said package before they left. Fairly certain I am deserving of the Nobel Peace Prize due to this action alone.

Friendly piece of advice to folks running for office - do not place yard signs out in folks yards if you have not spoken to them about doing so. It's rude. If we haven't spoken or I don't know that our values align, then I have no interest in providing your campaign with advertising space.

Very excited to see the first round of projects recommended for funding by the CPC going to City Council next week. Hope to see these approved as is. Also looking forward to our second round of projects later this year.
