I just auditorially detected a yard of chickens in my neighborhood I didn't know about. I was walking under the L tracks, killing time as I waited for my train, and I heard what sounded like a rooster.

What a difference 2.5 months make! I took this plant out of its tiny little pot, put it into a large pot with rich soil, and it's growing like crazy. So much so that I cut off the top (the apical meristem, the lead) because it's just getting too tall. The lead is now in a glass of water.
