The places getting hit too are either very high-up places that NEVER get flooded or places that haven't recovered from Storm Kristine.

Hani’s family has a tent that is not weatherproof and floods when it rains. He has looked for a better tent and it is $1800 to $2000 (which I can vouch that I’ve seen tent prices that high from other people too). It’s a very large ask but he is very worried about winter.
