Trump is getting more outrageous and corrupt. He plans to funnel Venezuela oil sale profits not into U.S. Treasury accounts, but into offshore accounts he would control. He seems to assume citizens of the U.S. and Venezuela are stupid. If Congress and Senate let this happen we know they are too.
