Social media managers: do you realise how obvious it is when you use ChatGPT for your captions of Facebook/Instagram? I criiiiiiiinge every single time I see the same old formula with the over-the-top cheesy puns and emojis on each side of the opening line. It’s gross and it’s lazy pls stop it.

Since sexual assault is in the news again (forever) I want to recommend a great memoir by Chanel Miller, "Know My Name," chanel-miller.com. It feels strange to call a book that spends a lot of its time discussing the impact of sexual assault "beautiful" but it is beautifully written.
