Principal is an adjective. Once a teacher, always a teacher.
I would love to see zero-percent interest fed loans. College doesn’t need to be free - it just needs to be financially manageable!
I didn't finish paying off my student loans until my second year as Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota.

We have to invest in making college truly affordable -- so kids like Corbin can live in the communities they love.

Defend the liberty of a stranger as you would defend your own, or that of a loved one, because that is what's actually on the table—whether we are a society that will sit still as our neighbors are snatched in the night, and disappeared into darkness, or a society that will fight for each other.

“Interesting times” …
A lot of people think everything will work out if we just play by the rules but don’t seem to recognize that rules only matter when everyone agrees to follow them and, well, that isn’t our present reality.

I actually believe we need to be crossing the aisle for convos. Regularly. Stop writing off people we don’t agree with & try to understand WTF…
This should go without saying, but it's okay if someone you don't agree with goes on a certain show or podcast. It's okay to be exposed to dissenting opinions. It's okay to feel uncomfortable. The biggest danger for the Democratic Party moving forward is the imposition of ideological purity tests.

Yes! God calls people of all faiths to care about other people’s children. It’s that simple.
"If Christianity were a verb, public education would be one of the most profound ways to live out our faith—not through evangelism or exclusion, but by serving and supporting one of our most vital institutions. Yet, the relationship between Christians and public education is broken."

Be kind. Do something nice. To others, and to yourself.

These are difficult times. And difficult times call for empathy, humility, and community.

Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!

Good. It’s horrific how other platforms abused their reach to strangle local, independent, and national outlets alike.

I WANT to see news and actual vetted work and I WANT journalists to get rewarded for it.

Because I want to live in a thinking human world over some AI generated slop dystopia
