It is so disappointing that an error in her judgment gave Trump’s team the opening they needed to have her removed from the case.

BREAKING: The Trump administration says it will transfer many of the Department of Education’s programs to other agencies, effectively attempting to dismantle much of the department.

This is an attempt to get around the law, which states that only Congress can unilaterally eliminate the DOE.
