Practice does NOT make perfect... training ones self to do a task imperfectly ingrains flaws - and so only *perfect practice* may make perfect.

Your thought process in problem solving works the same.

Strive for perfect practice of thought and you will land much closer to a form of perfect

How would one not assume this going to be abused for incarcerating journalists to prevent news from being published or spread?

I wonder if similar actions are being taken in other cities and counties.

If you know of similar local actions, please advise!

Sounds great in theory, but most breakthrough business solutions are based on the existence of an NP-complete problem...the other 90% of keystone projects are more along the line of "updating to use existing technological integrations".
Most coding is boilerplate or unusual arrangements of business logic. The degree in CS is to be smart enough to avoid NP-complete problems or uncomputable one

PSA: This is a public interactive map that lets users see where suspected/confirmed ALPRs (automatic license plate readers, like flock) are.

A tab lets you read about the technology, how it works, who has access to the information (anyone who pays for it), and how they can be used.

The ACA forces(d) *private* health plans (individual and employer) to cover core preventive care without cost-sharing (no copay/deductible/coinsurance) if the services meet specific criteria.

e.g. checking cancers, diabetes, blood pressure/cholesterol, HIV, healthy pregnancy, children's development
