literally. i rely on batch cooking cos i work full time nights and want to eat home cooked food still.
it stings harder with cakes i find 😭 though a syrup soak can rescue an over baked cake and sometimes make it 10x better 🤤

no one tells you about the adult heartbreak of big batch meal prepping something that turns out mid and having to eat it for a week because you don't want to be wasteful
