Writing a research proposal on a the effects of mental health coaching on diabetes care 🥹. All my research so far has concluded just treating the condition is not enough! We have to cater to patients mental health as they process their diagnosis and literally change their whole lifestyle.

Every time I go through a depressive episode I’m reminded of why suicide rates are so high. Depression will have you feeling like a burden for even BREATHING around someone too loudly much less telling them the truth about your darkness.
