Whiskey Pete Hegseth telling soldiers to shave their beards. Transportation Sec Sean Duffy telling people what not to wear on domestic flights.

This is what happens when you hire incompetent people. They don't even know what they're supposed to be doing.
Duffy on his demand that air travelers not wear slippers or pajamas: "It honors our country ... don't take your shoes off and put your feet on the chair ahead of you"

THIS IS WHY WE NEED FULL RELEASE OF THE EPSTEIN FILES.

There is an awful pattern of elite abuse running through this crisis. Trump is just a small part of the problem.

Release everything. Let the chips fall where they may. No excuses.
EPSTEIN BOMBSHELL: my staff is releasing a new report showing JPMorgan Chase executives – all the way to the top – enabled Epstein's sex trafficking operation. You're going to want to read this.

Someone needs to ask Karoline Leavitt if the US military should refuse to execute such an order - which was the whole point.

Amazing how quickly the "small government/don't tread on me" crowd has signed up for actual tyranny.

I am so sick of this bullying and gaslighting. It's just "Trump being Trump" when he calls for the execution of Democrats, so we under-react to the provocation, but when he actually arrests these people, we will regret the way our media persuaded us not to take these threats seriously.
November 20, 2025 at 5:09 PM
Absolutely NOTHING that is happening here is surprising. How else did anyone expect Trump to behave?
Calm down. It’s not like this president sent a bunch of scumbags to hang his own Vice president.
November 20, 2025 at 5:07 PM
Trump works on instinct, and what his instinct is telling him is that the only distraction commensurate with the scandal engulfing him is if he's openly threatening to start wars and hang Democrats.

Republicans: You can put a stop to this any time.

It's remarkable that we have such a robust tradition of Founder worship in this country when the men who wrote the Constitution didn't even conceive of the idea of political parties as we know them today.

No fault of theirs, but it's kind of an important factor to omit.
November 19, 2025 at 8:15 PM
Just started reading this book today, and I want to signal agreement with its main point: the US Constitution is much too hard to amend.

Article 5's amendment process is one of the most important elements of the Constitution, and to get it so badly wrong is a major liability of our government.

Personalized gold bars from the Swiss.
Used jumbo jet from Qatar.
Huge amounts of $$$ from crypto.

The amount of corruption in the White House is at unconscionable levels. We need some real serious ethics across the federal government.

No one will defend what is happening under this administration. Not the tariff and manufacturing policy. Not the weaponization of justice and the utter incompetence of Trump's attempted prosecution of his enemies.

As soon as this bubble pops, no one will want to be on record as having supported it.

It seems especially funny to try to prosecute James Comey, of all people, on an indictment the grand jury never actually saw. Yet another example of Trump doing something no one imagined would ever occur, because WHY?
November 19, 2025 at 7:19 PM
Everyone knows this administration is horribly corrupt and totally incompetent, to a degree that transcends partisanship.

The Republican Party will never live this down, especially the part where Trump has compromised American national security.
What's going on with the Comey case is amazing.

We’re watching the competency level of the government drop before our eyes because sycophants are being promoted over people with merit.

Just remember, this is how a lot of governments begin to fall.

This is really what it has come to? The openly racist white nationalist "alt-right" Republican Party is trying to work out whether it's OK to also be anti-semitic?

When did these people ever NOT hate the Jews, people?

It's remarkable that he can't even fake concern for the women.
November 18, 2025 at 7:29 PM
We are basically living in a world where the Republican Party would be allowed to overthrow the Constitution, destroy all of our liberties, and turn the US into a one-party dictatorship - if they could just get the economy working again. Which they can't do.

Never forgive the people who did this.

We must understand: Donald Trump is suffering a lot of narcissistic injury, and it's only going to get worse, and he is going to start lashing out at all of us as Americans.

The worse things get for him, the more he will lash out at us.

Like we're trapped in the home with an abusive father.
Trump suggests Khashoggi had it coming: "You're mentioning someone that was extremely controversial. A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happen. But he knew nothing about it. You don't have to embarrass our guest."
