Well the 8 month sleep regression which is now 10 months has truly wiped me out. My laptop is probably collecting dust and dreading how many updates Sims will need. 🤞 I find some energy to play again soon, but loving seeing all the new content in the meantime!

I’m so glad my parents weren’t restrictive with the books I read growing up, I was introduced to so many important & difficult topics which gave me such a better understanding of the world and I believe contributed towards my empathy for others. Let the parents decide rather than banning books.
If you as a parent do not want your child to read about something, that is your job as a parent to oversee their reading. It should absolutely not affect what children who are not yours are reading.

My Spotify wrapped looks very odd this year, a lot of top songs were either ones that my little one kicked for when pregnant, or the only ones my little one settled to when crying as a newborn. Need to remember to exclude children’s songs next year for a more personal wrapped 😅

Love that this app is getting more users now! 🫶 However, I have noticed in past few days I’ve had a lot more followers that seem like spam/bot accounts including American right wing accounts using ai generated pictures.

If you’re in the UK, I highly recommend brownies from Brown and Blond, has to be some of the best brownies I’ve ever had 🤤 not an ad, just have a massive sweet tooth and can’t stop raving about these!

Opened up the other app for 5 minutes and first thing I saw was a negative nasty tweet about another simmer, I swear that app breeds toxicity. I’ve never ran so fast back to here and instantly calmed down 🫶 just hope those odd few negative ‘simmers’ don’t find their way here & ruin this lovely vibe
