Went to get the mail. It was windy. Thought I saw a large white piece of paper rolling across the street.
I quickly realized it was the neighborhood 🦨. I called out to it and when that didn’t work, clapped my hands while standing still. It finally saw me and moved into the bushes.
Mail can wait.

I listened to another twoish hours of @tialevingswriter.bsky.social ‘s book yesterday. Oof. Definitely the most triggering survivor story I’ve ever read. But also incredibly important and validating.

Work went well. I was able to breathe well all night until the last couple hours (and even that wasn’t bad) in spite of walking the halls at regular speed. Energy levels were fine. Yay!
