Woke up early with an intense need to write. Love that feeling ❤️ #writersky #writingcommunity

My publisher shared an updated timeline for the release - my book is in stock 30th January. Eh, that’s in 4 days 🫣 Feels surreal and I am not prepared whatsoever. #writersky #writingcommunity #publishingjourney

Was buying a phone cover with my book on it completely unnecessary? Absolutely. Do I regret it? Nope.

Highly recommend! 💃🏻

One month until my 🧟‍♀️ book launch if all goes according to plan 🤞 The period of time from idea to physical product will be 1,5 years. Not bad! Norwegian authors are lucky to be able to query publishers directly. If only it was that simple for my English books under my pen name 🥲 #writersky #amwriting

I am in my early 40s and bought myself a purple keyboard and mouse marketed towards kids. Ergonomic mind you, but…

We listen and we don’t judge.

A huge thank you to the talented team at Gyldendal for their support in bringing my idea to life! I’ve just submitted the final QA of the MS, & I’m in awe of what can be achieved in just over a year. I can't wait for the book's release in 2025 & my new projects on the horizon! #writersky #authorsky

Working on my website and realizing, I'll have to keep two separate profiles for my academic and fiction writing 🥲 I struggle enough finding names for my characters, never mind my own pen name! How did you choose yours #writingcommunity #authorsofbluesky ?

Who else is writing academic books or nonfiction on here #authorsofbluesky ? If not, what is your genre? 📚☺️ My faves right now are romantacy and thrillers, especially a thrilling romantacy 🔥 I’d love to follow back all authors to grow my #writingcommunity 🤩

Wrapping up line edits for my zombie academic book this weekend. Who knew “zombie” and “academic” could coexist to describe the same book? 😂 Excited to dive into my next project about remote work through the lens of a haunted house—think managing team spirit for a dispersed group! #writingcommunity

I started being regularly published when I was 25. I didn't make my first dollar writing until I was 30. I didn't sell my first novel or screenplay until I was 35. Many of you hadn't even heard of anything I'd written until I was over 40.

You have time. There is no expiration date on writers.
