Best thing I learned in the last 48 hrs: while watching Overly Sarcastic's video on Stranger In a Strange Land from a few years ago, they casually mentioned that the Martian language is called Grok, and I haven't been able to stop laughing since. Elon's such a loser.

According to IGN, Iger said consumers would soon be able to create and share AI generated content on Disney+. No way pervs are going to use that to groom kids with suggestive videos of their favorite characters. Fuckin idiots! Disney+ will become the #1 AI porn site in the world. Congrats, morons!

The funniest part of the FBI's announcement of the "Royal Flush" operation is that it somehow involves the Toronto Rangers. That prolific NBA team. The Toronto Rangers. Just in: the Ottawa Cardinals are also involved.

My favorite lazy take about modern filmmaking is that movies today aren't creative enough. As if lazy filmmaking is a 21st century invention. We actually live in time where there is intense creativity going on, especially in the horror world.

EA has been acquired by private equity. You thought Madden was soulless and boring before? At least it exists. EA will be closed within the decade.

8 people were shot in Minneapolis at a homeless encampment on private party opened up to them by the owner. The mayor's response? Claim the homeless are the problem, clear the encampment, no suspects have been arrested. This is insane!

Mike Brown has to be a top ten worst owner in any sport of all time. Just going into your ONE interview you do every year and casually dropping "we're not going to pay you to sit in jail" when talking about a high character 1st rd pick. That is the dumbest thing I've read him say in 20 years.

Taking the plunge and reading Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William Shrirer. Seems like a good time. It's a gigantic book though. So much for light reading.

Dave Portnoy is doing ads for Dunkin Donuts. Just when I thought there was nothing that could make their donuts less appealing they go and hire the frat king. Cover your lattes ladies.

I'm not poor enough to get assistance, but I'm not wealthy enough to get a loan. Fuck me I guess.

John Fetterman is walking proof of what a stroke does to your brain. Don't be like John. Take care of your body, or you may find yourself supporting fascists at home and abroad.
What’s outrageous is pretending this cruelty is necessary. What’s inappropriate is defending it while our communities suffer.

We don’t need more masked men in tactical gear, we need humanity.

Just listened to an interview Homan did with Politico where he repeatedly said they had sent the kidnapped migrants to Sudan. So are they in Sudan or South Sudan and do you understand these are two different countries? Fucking incompetent idiots!

Reporting suggests that the patient who received the Neurolink's first update consisted entirely of literature written by famous Austrian painters.

People think we want Trump voters to suffer when we say FAFO, but we don't. It's just the only way they might learn. History shows that there will always be a contingency who refuses to change unless it affects them. Our hope is that this will finally wake them up.

Also, a little schadenfreude.

Something I've noticed with recent comments by the regime, they're actively trying to make us forget this is Trump's second term. I wonder if this is setting up for 2028? I'm aware that Trump has said he won't run, but Trump lies like he breathes.

At my last job, conservatives ran everything, there were a bunch of young, male kids, 18-20, who worked there. They convinced these kids they were going to get drafted if Harris was elected because she'd send us to war. Irony, will always be lost on these people.

Can't wait for my kid to come from home high school and tell me about how the army recruiters told him he'd never serve a day in active combat. He's 3. Republicans start a war again, because Daddy BB told them to. What a strong, independent party ya got there.

They're killing US Representatives. They're starting at the local/state level to normalize it before moving to higher profile national targets. Melissa Hortman and her husband died today. John Hoffman and his wife were gravely injured.

I've never wanted news to be true like I want it to be true that the Rodgers wrecking ball is coming to Pittsburgh. It's like that team has been actively trying to self-destruct but hasn't been able to make it happen. So now they're bringing in the ultimate team obliterator to finish the job!

The most effective play in the NFL is the Eagles' tush push. You can tell by how badly the other owners wanna get it banned despite no one being injured due to the play.

The next time your MAGA says that certain aspects of American History shouldn't be taught because it may upset little Johnny, ask them if they think Little Frederick in Germany should learn about the Holocaust and watch them go into convulsions.

Rosen to Rubio: "I'm not even mad anymore about your complicity in this administration's destruction of US global leadership. I'm simply disappointed. And I wonder if your proud of yourself in this moment when you go home to your family ... I know you know this in your heart."

All that money, all that power and his weak ass jaw still can't manage to grow a decent beard. Man's splotchier than a mangey dog. He looks like a 13 yo old boy who refuses to shave.

Imagine if you walked into a job interview, they asked you very basic questions and you said you didn't know. You wouldn't get that job. Every Trump cabinet confirmation hearing has been the political equivalent of that. They just say "I don't know" over and over.
Thread: You can see why years ago that certain members of Congress did not want then Professor Warren to head up the consumer protection agency . . .
WARREN: Can POTUS legally tell the IRS to change someone's nonprofit status?

BILLY LONG: I'm not able to answer

WARREN: You can't read these words and tell me what those words say?!

LONG: I can read the statute and I did

WARREN: Then tell me what they mean!
