"But the real work for an empath isn’t to love harder; it’s to tone down the hyper-attunement and turn that empathy inward. It’s to stop confusing emotional labor with love and to stop mistaking chaos for connection."

81 years ago, FDR proposed a second Bill of Rights to guarantee every American the right to employment, healthcare, education, housing, and a living income. His words are as relevant now as they were then. Watch.

What matters is that each of us speaks up right now—the collective energy of our community is what matters—not individuals, or ego, or clout. The simple bravery it takes to speak up—no matter how loud or quiet we are, or how large or small our platform might be. ~ Waylon, ed.

If I were to defy a court order, I'd be in jail, not building a ballroom.

Reopen government, swear in Adelita Grivala, release the Epstein Files, restore healthcare subsidies, and fund SNAP.

Senate Dems, do not cave. Ensuring healthcare premiums don’t surge is an 80-20 issue. They want to gut the ACA because their disdain for Obama far outweighs their concern for anyone’s health.

People like me and 42M that receive SNAP Benefits every month don't even have cake to eat without the help and assistance of the USDA. We can if we're lucky ask others or food pantries (that are stretched to the MAX).

Like Senator Elizabeth Warren said this week, "Donald Trump told us to EAT DIRT!"
France starved, Louis and Marie build magnificent buildings, threw fancy parties, and glutted on exotic foods. Too bad Trump slept through history classes. It didn’t turn out well for them, and I hope Trump eventually sees accountability.

@nytimes.com In an age of hyperpartisanship, Spanberger’s victory remarks in the governor’s race took a strikingly bipartisan tone. She praised her vanquished rival & pledged “My goal & my intent is to serve all Virginians,” a departure from the with-me-or-against-me ethos of President Trump.
