After you invest in Dan's bar invest in mine: a normal bar but with a bunch of flight simulators stalls, and you get drunk while flight simulating. It's called: Flight Simulator
thought about starting a bar where you get rained on while reading poetry but then realized people already drink in the shower & have other ways of ruining books
