So I finished up and turned in my application for a position with the city water bureau. Depending on how they weight the individual required qualifications either they’ll toss my application completely or I’ll get past the first round.

Burnside Bridge closed for "the next two hours" according to bridge attendant. They've blocked off the road at MLK and Couch now and on the other side at West 2nd, so there's less traffic build-up now. But they won't even let you walk across.
