Notes from the first ever first aid/CPR training - even just doing compressions (no mouth to mouth) can help! Also - everything you see on TV is wrong 🤣

It’s interesting to decide what to post here vs FB - I mean when you only have 7 followers what’s the point?! So - I’ll do this for myself and record reactions and first moments and see what happens!

My first post! Here are some other firsts for 2025: got a Naloxone kit today, taking a first aid and CPR training on Thursday and signed up for my first cross-country ski “loppet” (a race they say isn’t a race - we’ll see!). Hmm maybe this is where I will document new experiences?
