Migrants, after scheduled their asylum appointment through CBPone, an app, have to wait in Mexico for their appointment, often months. And, The reason irregular crossings are down is because if they attempt to cross, they are deported with no hearing for asylum, even if they are in immediate danger.

The existence of the electoral college and the structure of our electoral system is the reason we have two oppresive parties. And if we want a system that goes beyond the duopoly, we must tie ending the electoral college with fighting for a political system that actually represents working people.
