It's been such an enormous headache trying to ship zines to the US ever since the whole tariff shitshow that I unfortunately have to outright stop. I'm really sorry and I really tried my best.

While the plagiarism and anti-labor aspects of AI are obviously super bad, this is an aspect that imo we really need to push more re: anti-AI messaging.

Oh btw they are already doing exactly that. One of the last straws before I left gamedev was being told by a publisher that they use AI (and do not inform the players) and just scrub the signs in the end product.
So they know it’s unpopular and shitty but just lie to justify cuts and layoffs 🤷♀️

Actually the same with AI - even if it *did* made you more productive (and studies suggest it does the opposite actually) - you will still be paid the same for creating 10x the value. Until AI learns enough to wholly replace you, and then it raises your power bill and poisons your drinking water too

the only good thing about genAI is that it got me to really love seeing bad art, because I know a person put in time and effort, made themselves vulnerable by showing it to others, and is trying to improve. I value that more than anything now
