The recent Powerball winner of the $980mil jackpot will see his/her $30mil installments reduced to $20mil or the lump sum reduced to under $300mil after taxes. Sure wish regular high earners were taxed with the same ferocity

The group TNT Sports assembled fir CBB definitely has a great vibe so far. Jalen Rose is definitely different in the TNT atmosphere than he was at ESPN.

So our non functioning government is now also obstructing free markets in the name of inflicting pain on the less fortunate. Despicable.
The USDA sent an email to grocery stores telling them they are prohibited from offering special discounts to customers affected by the SNAP funding lapse.
I'm aware of at least 2 stores that had offered struggling customers a discount, then withdrew it after receiving this email

I always find myself still rooting for Freddie and Shohei is just otherwordly. Vlad is a great story & the Jays are as complete a team as there is. Then there’s the whole Canada vs US thing and Freddie would have more ‘chips in LA than ATL+Dave Roberts is as smug as they come. Let’s go Toronto!!!
