ICE has no legal authority, but state governments do, and the “constitutional crisis” only happens if the states decide to *allow* the intimidation to happen without stoping it.

This only works if their partners, the Democrats, decide to deliberately tank their prospects, in order to artificially keep the intended results within a margin that this would influence the election.
Not that this couldn’t happen, but that it’s not really ICE doing it, but collaboration that is.

These people really can’t figure out that socializing the notion of “more money for the Gestapo” as a *good* way to *improve* the situation does not *in any coherent or intelligent way* lend itself to “Abolish ICE”, but literally does tremendous work in the exact opposite direction.
