Today @IPPR and @TheDifferenceEd launch our second report on lost learning - outlining 10 solutions to keep children in class.

We found that for every child excluded, 10 or more are “invisibly” moved out of the school setting. See more below

Children cannot learn if they are not in school and are not engaged. Lost learning is impacting a large – and growing – group of children, with those living in poverty being hit the hardest.

New analysis - primary school suspensions rate have doubled over the past decade.

Unsurprisingly much of this data reiterates what we published in our Who is Losing Learning Report, in particular that children with SEND at higher risk of suspension.
