I'm trying to get into series and they're just not doing it for me. I couldn't get past the first episode of His&Hers (Deadloch ruined my standards for murder mysteries), and I couldn't finish E1 of Dark (everyone says it's amazing, but I looking at the TWs and I didn't like what I saw)... help?

In hindsight, 2025 was a clusterfuck of a year... we had two incredible vacations and made great memories, but we also had a lot of drama! We had the flu for a month, my laptop died, my cat got injured (she's okay!), princess got food poisoning, we got covid... but!

We feed and name the birds who come visit us daily, and this feisty, rotund specimen is a blue tit known as "fatty daddy", who was not amused by the fact that we were away over Xmas and didn't leave nearly enough snacks.

I am legitimately jealous of people who have those Bonne Maman tiny jam advent calendars and I wish they were available in my country because I feel like tiny jam du jour might fix my seasonal depression.
