This is striking in its beauty and terror. Kind of feels like whats happening in our world. The terror is driving us into community, finding our voices, and knowing we must find the lightening within to conquer the bolt that wants to strike us down.

This is striking in its beauty and terror. Kind of feels like whats happening in our world. The terror is driving us into community, finding our voices, and knowing we must find the lightening within to conquer the bolt that wants to strike us down.
What is important to remember is when we meet peoples anger or cult membership we meet their fear. Fear is one of those emotions, like grief, that takes over our minds, and all we want to do is find a remedy. How about being curious about why they went along. Was it a hunger for something lost.

Too many folks are being ignored. 32 Million entrepreneurs can't afford these tariffs or canceled contracts. T guy playing us like puppets in his game of thrones. I am so sick inside of my soul for what we are losing. Freedom. Growth. Liberation. Truth.
There are 33m companies in the USA. Only 21k employe 500 or more. And they only make up 23% of workers.
Trump and Elon are ignoring the more than 32m entrepreneurs that can't afford to build a new factory or pay tariffs or absorb cancelled contracts.

Oh to stay curious. Its a mantra. Especially now. When we stay blind we are often surprised by what has happened while we disappeared. The flexible self, the ability to see choices and be spontaneous, is part of engaging with the soul of the self.

I'm a potter. As well as a therapist ans writer. But clay, is about life. How you take the blank slate of clay and in minutes it can be transformed. We can do that with our mindset.

Anxiety. Allow yourself to get angry. Feel the anger. Then watch what happens with the anxiety. It oftens quiets or totally disappears. Anger is not rage, It's not about yelling to get a release. It's a change in the cognition- I feel anxiety - to what am I angry about. Embodied curiosity.

Anxiety. Allow yourself to get angry. Feel the anger. Then watch what happens with the anxiety. It oftens quiets or totally disappears. Anger is not rage, It's not about yelling to get a release. It's a change in the cognition- I feel anxiety - to what am I angry about. Embodied curiosity.
Traumatic imprints are being felt by more and more folks. The effect they have continues to impact our psyches. I told a friend who was thinking to leave Florida because it no longer felt safe to live there that they needed to stay and not run. It's a harder choice. To stand up and have a voice.
