Racism w/in health system was unique among Black & Hispanic ED pts w/ OUD, while Hispanic & White ED pts expressed concerns about adverse effects of bup (e.g., precipitaed withdrawal). All groups, among several other barriers, expressed difficulty navigating health system to get more bup.
