Ravnica, City of Guilds week: Two mana for an instant to blow up an enchantment isn't an amazing rate, but if you're in a meta where you see enchantment decks regularly where this can hit half a dozen targets at once it's got a massive upside.

Saviors of Kamigawa week: 4 mana to double a creature's power, but you can use it on multiple creatures in a turn, or on the same creature. Card is really good in a voltron-type build, and should be in way more than 802 decks.
