At what point do Dimon and Solomon and Moynihan (Jpm, Goldman and B of A) decide they need to step up and be leaders, instead of watching passively as the train careens off the tracks?

For the record, trillions were lost, panic gripped Wall Street., Main Street and the globe and all we got were phone calls. And we’re left with high tariffs that are still forecast to reduce growth and boost inflation. Doesn’t seem much like victory to me.

Details about a flight of immigrants that landed many days ago? Too secret to reveal.

Details about an imminent military strike? Not classified, not a breach of national security and not a big deal.

Secrets under Trump depend on who asks and who tells.

NIH appears to have canceled/postponed all of its study sections—the independent review panels that approve federal grants for health research.

Such grants fund the work/salaries of 300k people at more than 2,500 institutions
All NIH study sections canceled indefinitely. This will halt science and devastate research budgets in universities.
