Today is a recovery day so I'll be eating ice cream and lounging about.
I'm going to take the opportunity to set up #Bkool and take a look at what it has to offer.

Slow down to get faster. Up at 5 am this morning with 2 hours Zone 2 on the turbo . Building a strong foundation is now my main goal with an outlook to improving my time trailing and hill climbs
