Völlig unerwartet lieferte der erneute Witkoff-Besuch in Moskau ein ähnliches Ergebnis wie alles zuvor: Ein riesiges Nichts. Die nächsten Runden des Pseudodiplomatie-Zirkus, der sich im Kreis dreht, werden sehr wohl ähnliche Ergebnisse bringen, obwohl man wieder vom „großen Progress“ sprechen wird.
