Today's new @publicenterprise.bsky.social report is a comprehensive analysis of the capital structure of the entire AI sector: data center real estate, GPU markets, private credit, you name it.

It's also a financial risk management framework for policymakers!

BUCHAREST IS HISTORY
With Nicusor Dan ahead by almost 900,000 votes and a third of the diaspora vote in, I'm calling it.

I've seen enough: Nicusor Dan is the next President of Romania.

Exit polls suggest Mayor of Bucharest Nicusor Dan has defeated the right-wing extremist George Simion to become Romania’s next president, 55% to 45%. However, the exit polls don’t count the 1.6MM diaspora votes. This could go to the wire. Turnout was huge - 65 per cent - the largest since the 1990s.

Interesting that if you shop at Whole Foods, a lot of money is spent making it feel like a place that respects workers and embraces progressive values, but it is not.

Costco just feels like a warehouse but they treat their workers pretty well and has rejected anti-DEI BS
