I make a #cheese called Jig, which is a bloomy that ages only 2 weeks and weighs about 28 grams.
Misread the dimensions on this block mold & now have 240 cheeses that weigh about FIVE grams each. I’m thinking I’ll coat them in dried rose petals and lemon peel with pinch of salt. Thoughts?
