In the late 80’s, Early 90’s I was diagnosed with severe adhd, I went untreated. It wasn’t until my passed in 2016 I was diagnosed again w/ the most severe spectrum of it. For creativity it’s a super power, but going through life w/o executive function is hell

While trying to troubleshoot blue/purple hands & feet w/o healthcare my research led me to:
“It’s not good to have your knees above your heart”
